Celebrate love with an unforgettable evening at our Valentine’s Day Candlelight Dinner and Dancing on Saturday, February 14, 2026, set in a romantic, intimate atmosphere overlooking the glistening, snow-covered greens and shimmering winter bay. From 6:00–10:00 PM, couples are invited to enjoy a romantic night of exceptional food, music, and ambiance designed to make Valentine’s Day truly special.

Your evening begins with a three-course prix fixe dinner for two, thoughtfully curated for sharing and choice. Guests may select two starters, two entrées and one dessert to share, allowing each couple to create a personalized dining experience. Starters highlight elegant favorites such as pan-seared shrimp and scallops with carbonara-style sauce, arugula salad with strawberry goat cheese and champagne vinaigrette, tomato basil burrata bruschetta, and panko-encrusted fresh mozzarella.

Entrée selections range from coffee-encrusted filet mignon with brandy peppercorn cream and lobster ravioli in pink vodka sauce, to statler chicken with spinach artichoke cream, swordfish piccata, and a white truffle risotto–stuffed portobello mushroom.

Each couple finishes on a sweet note with a shared dessert, choosing from a fig, honey, and pistachio dessert trio, chocolate mousse cake with chocolate-dipped strawberries, or a foraged berry and vanilla cream trifle.

The dinner includes one bottle of wine per couple, with your choice of red, white, rosé, or sparkling, perfectly complementing the menu. The prix fixe dinner is $100 per couple (plus tax and gratuity). A la carte options are also available.
