Our chefs have created Polynesian-inspired culinary stations to include:

Spit Roasted Kalua Pork, Coconut Chicken, Sweet Potato Bar, Assorted Tropical Fruits, Peach and Pork Hash Crostini, Purple Fingerling Potato and Pickled Onions, Seared Scallops and Tequila Shrimp with Firecracker Rice, Dessert Fruits and Sweet Breads, and Coconut Rice Pudding
